About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, manage multi-channel campaigns, and lead a team to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI-focused campaigns
  • Lead SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, SEMrush, etc.
  • Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers
  • Stay updated with latest trends and tools

Key Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in digital/performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, analytics
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, CRM tools
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
